Jacqui Birch (Ngapuhi te iwi) is a Piha local and her work is well known to our Titirangi locals. Jacqui weaves with locally sourced materials using pīngao and harakeke. Jacqui has a dimploma in Māori Fine Arts and believes in the importance of sharing her knowledge, having taught at Manukau Institute Tech and Unitec.
