Te Uru is open to the public seven days a week from 10am to 4.30pm. Entry is free. We are also open some evenings for special events. Te Uru is situated at 420 Titirangi Road, near the Titirangi roundabout at the Western end of Titirangi Village in West Auckland. Click here for a map.
If you require special assistance during a visit, please call us in advance on 09 817 8087. We are happy to help. There is a mobility parking space available outside the front of the gallery on Titirangi Road. The gallery is wheelchair accessible from Titirangi Road and throughout the building. A spare wheelchair is available for use in the gallery. We welcome service dogs. No other animals are permitted inside the building.
We welcome non-flash photography and filming in the galleries for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please tag the Gallery when posting on social media. Photography and/or video footage may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without permission from Te Uru. For some exhibitions, photography and filming are completely prohibited. A sign at the entrance will make this clear. The use of professional cameras, tripods, flash and lighting equipment, and selfie-sticks is prohibited unless by prior arrangement with the gallery team.

To view your order history: 1. Scroll to the bottom of the page. 2. Click on the "Login" option under the Get Involved footer menu 3. Once logged in, navigate to the “Orders” section in your account dashboard. 4. Here, you can see all your previous orders along with their status and details.
To update your delivery address: 1. Scroll to the bottom of the page. 2. Click on the "Login" option under the Get Involved footer menu 3. Once logged in, go to the “Addresses” section. 4. Click “Edit” next to your existing address or add a new address by selecting the “Add New Address” button. 5. Save your changes, and your updated address will be available for your next purchase.

Timetables for buses and trains can be found at www.at.govt.nz. We suggest a train to the transport hub in New Lynn and a bus from there. There are regular buses between New Lynn and Titirangi.
Free one hour parking is available directly outside the gallery entrance on Titirangi Road. All day free parking is available behind the gallery via South Titirangi Road.
