Try botanical watercolour painting made easy! Painting in watercolour isn’t scary at all - it’s full of fun and possibility. Take time to slow down, reconnect with nature, and rekindle your creative spark in a calm, supportive setting. Learn simple, enjoyable techniques to observe the changing seasons, sketch with accuracy, and mix vibrant colours with confidence. Explore accessible ways to paint beautiful botanical subjects, with plenty of encouragement and creative discoveries along the way.

Te Uru reserves the right to cancel or postpone any class that does not reach a viable number of attendees.
For Summer School and Adult’s workshops a $50 administration fee applies for cancellations.
Refunds or credits are not available once workshops have started.

Te Uru online shop team operates TUESDAY to SATURDAY during opening hours of 10am to 4:40pm. Once your online order has been processed and sent, we will issue you with a tracking number (within New Zealand and with an international courier) so you can monitor your parcel’s journey.This service is subject to processing time and product availability. We will advise you by email if there is an expected delay.For orders shipped within Auckland and the North Island, please allow 2–5 business days for delivery. For orders delivering to rural addresses and the south island, please allow an extra business day for delivery. Orders placed around public holidays may take longer to be delivered. All orders are sent with NZ Post. Goods are insured through NZ Post with a compensation cover limit of $2,000.For orders shipping outside of New Zealand, please refer to our International Shipping Information. Te Uru is dedicated to providing quality products to its customers. If you would like to return an item, contact us immediately on 09 817 8087 or email info@teuru.org.nz.If your item has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately. If the item is faulty, we will gladly replace it, or refund you the purchase price in accordance with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you return an item as faulty, and we examine it and find that it is not faulty, we may charge you the delivery fee to return the item to you. Te Uru does not accept change of mind returns and exchanges. If a sale or discounted item is faulty, we will replace the item, or refund you the purchase price if the product is out of stock and no longer available. All refunds will be made using the payment method [and to the credit card] that was used to make the original purchase. If the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies to your purchase, nothing in this returns policy limits your rights under that Act.
